Everyone in the NFL thinks he can run an offense great, as a Giants fan I can't believe he was hired again. His O schemes are complicated and most time innefective. Maybe going to the NCAA is his best route to getting another NFL position. His play book is great when it's simplified; otherwise it doesn't run well except in the no huddle that creates defensive mismatches and doesn't allow defensive subs. I can see him going to a big school when the season is over. The Ravens need an O-line and to go back to it's old running scheme. Use Anderson as a FB and for passing have both Lewis and Anderson in as blockers in the shotgun set to stop the ends and allow Mcnair to stepup in the pocket and not be blindsided. Just my .02.

Wow, did he have a falling out with his friend Billick, or was this motivated by ownership/management?

dang it, long reply lost in error. I'll repost later on. Basically, the O and D are pissed and Billick knows he's in the hotseat. Threw Fasell to the sharks(deservebly so) and unless this team rebounds he's getting fired as well.

Uh, didn't they suck last year and now are 4-2, after losing to Carolina by only 2 points?

Maybe do something if they lose a few more in a row, but this seems premature and may do more harm than good.

YEs they were awful last year but this year the defense is carying them, the game should've been much uglier if mark clayton doesn't make two circus catches.... They have weapons on offense to open the game up...

As high as I am on Clayton being a future star, those 2 catches were not in the playbook. Simply, any given sunday type stuff.
