1988-89 Topps , Donruss Baseball Rookie Cards

Found some of my cards that I had tucked away . Are there any that I should look for in these years that may be worth a few bucks ?? Also late 70's through early 90's , but mainly 87' , 88' , & 89' . Any cards to look for not only rookies ?? Thanks

Probably nothing you don't already know about. Finding something that you'd be able to flip over for a decent profit will only come if you can find a Gem Mint copy of a key RC (Bonds, McGwire, Maddux, Glavine, Griffey) or a HOFer (Ryan, Rose, Schmidt, etc.) and even then it will probably still not be worth your time to send the card in for grading when it won't be worth the grading fees unless it comes back a 10.

One possibility, depending on how much you have, would be to fish through everything and put anything remotely valuable into one giant lot and sell it at a discount. If you're just curious for collecting purposes I'm pretty sure that no one emerged from that crop of sets that wasn't on the radar back when they were released.

No , it's not but maybe some day !!

Thanks for the reply , I have found Bonds , Maddux , & Glavine that I know of for sure . Most of these are Gems . I just haven't fooled with cards in so long , I really didn't know if there would be any value in them .
I figured I might be able to make a few bucks on them as I have no use for them anymore . I guess I'll pick up a price guide take a few scans and maybe offer them up here on the BST board !!
