Buffalo had 2 feet of snow this weekend, very heavy, very wet. There are trees and branches down all over, as well as power and phone lines. They are in Tonowanda still? Close enough that they were hit with the freak storm also. Probably be a few days before most have everything straightened out.
  • Send customer service an email too, they seemed very helpful last I dealt with them

  • I heard today 35000 people in Buffalo still have no power or phones. I am betting that has alot to do with it. I have had nothing but great service from them.
  • ok maybe the storm knocked out the phone lines asnd such but i emailed customer service and it came back failure to deliver?
  • If they are hosting their own website or it is being hosted locally it could still be effected by a storm. Or due to the outage their mailboxes could be full and bouncing new Emails..

I live 100 miles from Buffalo, all the stores here are out of generators because buffalo people bought them out. They won't be back to normal for a while.

D&A are good guys, if you can afford to be patient I'm sure you'll be taken care of.

I know they got hit with snow. that is probably why there servers are down. Friday before the snow I got an email saying my Finest FB cases had shipped. I got them today. Just when they said they would be delivered according to UPS tracking. On the UPS site they even said that the item was delayed a day due to weather but should still arrive on time. Which it did.

There site was working Friday. I am sure it is all storm related.

I am in the on the rip. But I am sure they are not stiffing us if they sent me almost $2000 worth of merchandise just as the storm was hitting.

I was browsing thier site on Friday, and it was down most of the day... It came up briefly, saying they were having issues with the storm.

80s, if you want to ship what you have, I'll contribute $$$ towards shipping the 81F later. You could probably put them in cardboard and a bubble mailer for about a buck a piece.

  • Thanks ea sports extra shipping wont be a prob just wanted to get it all out at once you know. But the fun will go on I'm sure it will show up befiore we get to the 81's not like it's an real exciting box anyways.image

They're closed because of the storm. Actually, 350,000 lost power, not 35,000. Buffalo and suburbs look like a war zone. Three counties were under a state of emergency and and most towns had travel bans. The snow started Thursday night (10/12) and within 12 hours we had 20 inches. As someone stated, it was very heavy and the trees and power line came down immediately.

  • we just got our power back on here in buffalo today - 1 week of no power, cold temps and lots of rain...safe to say one of the worst weeks of my life...
  • DA=Great card guys. For a huge "shop" they do a great job imo, you won't get a complaint about them from me. Buffalo got hit hard for this early, I have some friends up there and they were basically snowed in.
