Did anyone do business with Downie-Lepczyk?

What happened to that company?

Downie is a going Australian company that had an association with Joe Lepczyk. Joe passed away and consequently the company went out of existence.
PNG member, numismatic dealer since 1965. Operates a retail store, also has exhibited at over 1000 shows.
I firmly believe in numismatics as the world's greatest hobby, but recognize that this is a luxury and without collectors, we can all spend/melt our collections/inventories.

I remember driving past Joe Lepczyk's office in East Lansing with his "International auctions" sign out front in the early 1980s. Some of his employees started a new company (still in business) after his death concentrating mainly on ancient and world coins as Lepczyk did. His death at a rather young age was shocking.
