"DOMINATION" "DOMINATED" what is your definition?

I certainly would not use the word domination in any manner to describe a 1pt game or even a game with a 14 point difference in football.
I would say beating someone 21-0 might be construed as dominating but beating someone 42-21 would not.
In baseball I would say that beating the other team by a 10 spot could be construed as dominated unless the score was 25-15 or something like that.
I see this word thrown out by a lot of smack talkers here and IMO it usually shouldn't be anywhere near the sentence where they are using it.

Domination occurs when the other team doesn't even have a chance. When the game has been decided by the end of the first half. That is domination. You can dominate someone in the first half a la the Rams, but if you don't finish the job, it doesn't count.
