20th anniversary set submission question

Can anyone help me out? I'm looking for guidance on submitting the 20th anniversary AGE set. I know you need a sealed box for the first strike and 20th anniversary designation. BUT, if you submit it within the 30 days, don't both the UNC and Rev proof qualify for 20th anniv designation? Thanks in advance! I'm sending one in tomm AM and I'm sure the rev proof is a 70. Ray
