Could this be a CUD Error?

Sorry about the photo, but could anyone make this out well enough to tell me if this a CUD Error? Tahnk you.
I should have pointed out what I am trying to show. On the rear of the far right horse there is a very large something attached to the leg. It may not show very well in photo, but it is very clear right here.

It's hard to tell from the the image but it may be a die chip. I thought a cud was usually around the rim of the coin.
