1953 Canadian 50c NSF LD

This is another unexpected find from the show last weekend. When I first picked it up, I thought it might be a PL. Later with better lighting, I changed my mind. However, when I went to catalog it today I saw that it appears to be the no shoulder fold, large date variety. I have no experience with this variety and old Charlton & Krause catalogs. What do you think it would be worth in 63 or 64?
