Mickey Mantle Signed 1958 Topps PSA/DNA Certified

Hey all, I am probably going to list this on that memorylaneinc.com site but I was curious to see what you all thought it's worth so I have a ballpark Idea. I appreciate the help. Obviously if there is an offer I can't refuse I would sell here also. Even if you aren't interested in buying if you have a confident guess as to what it's worth please pm me or put it in the message.

I sent this in a while back and it came back as the following picture. As you can see it was missing the DNA certification. I sent it back in and it is now in the mail back to me with DNA certification. The Certification # is 04496865.

Thanks!

  • Sounds like you have a nice card. The 58 Topps is my second favorite next to the 52, both which are out of my leauge. Someone on the boards can give you a close estimate to what it would be worth. How is the condition of the card, and the autograph. Seems that what catches the eye, makes the sell. Good Luck with your sell and it will sell..............rob

  • I think the card/autograph both look awesome. PSA scored it a 6, I thought it would score higher. Thanks for the reply.
  • You looking at a nice sell. If I had that particular one, I don't think I could let it go. Again Good Luck with your sale.............rob

that is the correct flip now. I estimate it would go in the $600 range.
  • If I had 600 on me right now, I'd buy it. Hell I'd pay 9 bills for it personally.

Blu, That is one great card! You will have no problem finding a buyer for it.
  • my estimate was pretty close. checking ended listings this same Mantle in a psa 6 went for $611. only difference is the auto on that one was in a sharpie, not ball point.

The ballpoint is much nicer on vintage cards, IMHO.

...I am probably going to list this on that memorylaneinc.com site...

this would probably yield you more $$$ in the end.

  • i called them last week to see if i could put it in and the guy on the phone said he didnt know if a 6 would make the auction and to leave a message. i left a message and never got a call back. so i wrote an email tonight....but who knows. im kinda dissapointed in them so far.

Its not the caliber of item a major auction house would promote. Also I assume you are aware that their fees are higher than eBays.
