GAI graded Nagurski NM somebody needs to get this one stopped.
This a$$ clown has 84% feedback and 18 retractions in last 6 months. One of his positive feedbacks is a 51B mantle, he hit buy it now and bailed and the seller gave him a break.

you took to get that card to brighten up without washing
out the writing on the holder/flip?

He probably does have the card, but no camera anywhere is going to take that picture. He darkened it on purpose so that you can see it's slabbed, and if you read the nm-mt description without looking closely at the pic you can get tricked.
The seller bought a 48B George Mikan card recently that was graded "authentic" and I expect him to do the same thing with that card if it works this time.
He offers a full refund if not satisfied at his discretion, mentions twice that he's honest and in for the long haul. Np Paypal. The only things missing are that it was his grandfathers and he knows nothing about cards and the private auction.
I'd love to buy that card from an honest seller.

All that seller had to do was explain the trim issue in his listing
and he would have been just fine. But, he wanted to scam
somebody.
On an elderly card like that, I could write a heck of pitch about
why it "is good" to have it authenticated. Instead of playing up
the strong point, this dishonest seller LIED.
The card IS NOT "graded."
I am so sick of crooks on EBAY. They are ruining the collectibles
business. People like myself who sell stuff for novices will be
goners, if the new buyers are too afraid to jump into the hobbies.

I don't think you can email anyone thru ebay unless you are involved in a current transaction with them. I think this is a recent ebay change.

By golly, you're correct.
You can contact sellers at anytime through the ASAQ function,
but not buyers who do not have anything listed for sale.
The venue is protecting their FVFs in more ways than one now.
Too bad that leaves buyers even more open to being stolen from.
If you look at a potential victim's FB and see that he has recently
bought something from someone you know, you can email the
person you know and ask him to tip the potential victim through
the "contact buyer" feature in the recently ended listings.
AUTHENTIC GENUINE. IT WAS HAND CUT FROM AN UNCUT SHEET AND IS A 1/16 OFF OF THE FACTORY MEASUREMENT SO THEY WONT ASSIGN IT A LETTER GRADE.
when spending big bucks on cards some due dilligence is required.

Now it was her dead husband's card. Also listing several packs of 86-87 fleer basketball and a 51 bowman mantle. Under his old ID he bailed out on a 51 mantle after using buy it now.
