ASE Sets Are Shipped...

Mint site shows my ASE sets were shipped 10/13/06. Credit card does not show the charge (yet). Just FYI, these should be arriving soon.

    My Fed Ex tracking shows delivery today by 10:30am

    Both packages, 5 each

    1 box straight to PCGS the other (still unopened) is a wait and see.

    Same here. My Fed EX tracking number shows ETA of 12:00 Noon east coast today for 4 sets of the silver eagles. Will not open the box. Will mail out next week to PCGS for the so called "First Strike" designation.

    Thanks for the photos. I'll be anxious to see the first few TrueView photos of people's rev. proofs!!!

    I'm waiting on 3 sets myself...but I'm a little taken aback at how much I'm NOT impressed with the way the reverse proof looks. I'm not talking about the quality...it just looks sorta weird. Hmmmmmmmmmm.

    Got mine this morning about 10 AM. Won't be able to take any pictures until tonight or tomorrow.

    Edit: I ordered 10 sets about 12:15 EST on the 30th. Received all 10.

    Are the specifications wrong on that insert? I always thought that ASEs had one ounce of silver, with a little copper, making the actual weight of the coin a little bit more than one ounce. Yet the specs indicate that the coin only has 0.999 ounce of silver. What's the truth?

    Also, why is the Proof thicker than the Unc and RP?

    Does Dansco now need to release a new page for their ASE albums?
    If you have an ASE album you now need to add at least the 2006w unc and if
    you have the PROOF included album you need to add the reverse PROOF too.

    Think they'll create a new page?

    I ordered 8/30 at 11am 3 sets and they still say 12/08

    I am not sure how the Mint's clock works. Didn't they go on sale at noon EDT? I believe I ordered within the the first 30 or so minutes and my time indicates 08/30/2006 at 12:33 AM. Shouldn't it be 12:33pm?

    Order my five sets on 8/30/06, received my sets on friday and fwd to PCGS later that afternoon. I use the Post office as PCGS's PO Box, so they should get quickly.
