The George Washington on that card, albeit legit, is the less attractive format of his signature. That is how he signed his name when in the text of something - almost as if referring to himself in the third person. There is a more attractive - and more valuable - format, where his first name appears almost like "Go." where he scripts his whole name. This format was used by him when signing documents, and is the more valuable of the two. Of course Topps opted for the lesser one. But hey, at least it's real!
I agree with p_A but I think the guy with the private feedback is the shill.

p_A has definately got this one right. mossman seems to mainly bid on two sellers from FortWayne IN. The one seller could also be a second account being opened up by the other seller. RedViper has done a lot of bidding on some high dollar cards and has put out a bunch of bids all over the board in the past month.....
Someone really needs to tell redviper302 about the many sniping services available. Unless he's pulling a Dan Duquette and wants "to spend more time as the top bidder than any other bidder out there" and then just lose the auction.

I wonder about this kind of stuff?
I'ld like to know who is bidding? Is it the card value?
I don't think the cuts - alone are worth that kind of money - but I'm wrong at least once a day - so why let this stop me.
