Many times you can find autographs for less. For some reason when you put them on a baseball card the prices go through the roof.

The George Washington on that card, albeit legit, is the less attractive format of his signature. That is how he signed his name when in the text of something - almost as if referring to himself in the third person. There is a more attractive - and more valuable - format, where his first name appears almost like "Go." where he scripts his whole name. This format was used by him when signing documents, and is the more valuable of the two. Of course Topps opted for the lesser one. But hey, at least it's real!

You would think Topps would of make the top box smaller to match the smaller sig. Cool item though.

p_A has definately got this one right. mossman seems to mainly bid on two sellers from FortWayne IN. The one seller could also be a second account being opened up by the other seller.
