Very shiny?

I am starting to fill out the modern and semi-modern coins for my new Dansco type set, and I want to get the nicest looking, highest grades I can afford. I'm looking at this person's coins, and they all look extremely lusterous...very beautiful.

Are these things cleaned or processed in some way, or do you think these are the real deal?

Harsh/funky lighting. Probably a few of the real shiners have been stripped/dipped, though they'd still be slabbable.
