Question about 1973 Topps commons

I started collecting baseball cards in 1973 and I literally have 1000's of them. Are common 1973's worth getting graded if I think they would be an 8 or higher?

Thank you in advance for your replies image

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

For commons, I wouldn't grade anything that doesn't have a good shot at a 9 unless it's one of the lowest population commons.

High numbers might be worth grading.

if you dont grade the cards that you feel would come back 8's I would love to be able to purchase some "lots" of cards off you. I am building that set in raw form since It was the 1st set I built as a kid. I would love to relive the challenge (so to speak) of building this set. I can tell you at one point I was doing the set in psa 8 and I was buying commons at 2-4 dollars each. Let me know what you decide to do with these cards as I would be interested at the right price. it will give me a chance to feel 9 years old again!!
I am on a budget and I am not afraid to use it!!

I would also be interested in buying some that you feel are not perfect. I don't need "8" quality, maybe one of each that you have if they're in numbered order? If you have extra 74s or 75s I would be interested there too..
