The coin is a bit too large for me normally but since no one else has chimed in I'll give it a shot.

I believe your coin to be the JR4 die marriage which has a rarity rating of 4 and is the most common of the four known 1802 die marriages. Roughly 60% of all 1802 dimes are the JR4. The JR4 die marriage was the one and only use for the obverse die (#2) and this die is relatively easily identified by a small lump in the field opposite the lower hair ribbon. This lump is clearly visible in your photos.

Aparently this coin was typically well struck along the rims and usually shows well formed denticles. However, the center strike of the coin was lacking in force resulting in very poor detail recognition in this area. Even on mint state coins it's common for the motto to be so poorly struck that it's incomplete.

Taking those two varrying strike issues into consideration I'd hazard a grade assesment of your coin to be F12. The center details are that of a lower grade coin but are misleading because of poor strike.

I agree with Cladiator on the F-12 grade. Very pretty coin! image If it is for sale, PM me.
