PSA/DNA LOA Question w/ pics...

**UPDATE***: Got ahold of someone at PSA/DNA and was able to foward them to this post with the pics... just got a call back and it looks like they are going to be updating it and adding the numbers that were missing in the database.

I sent an email to PSA/DNA a few days ago and havn't heard back & just tried to call and couldn't get through, so I figured for now I would post here and see if anyone else has an explanation or can help me out....

I recently purchased a collection of 7 Ken Griffey Jr signed baseballs on ebay, it came with a Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA (Cert. # B32261) I received the baseballs and each ball has a PSA/DNA sticker, starting with B32261 and each number after going to, B32267. The only problem is when I go to enter these numbers in the database, the only one that shows up is the first one in the lot that the LOA has the same Cert. #. Each one after that it shows there is no record.

When PSA/DNA authenticates a collection of items like this and issue a LOA, do they normally apply a sticker to each item? This is my first experience with something like this, so I'm just trying to figure it all out.

  • They are obviously good, so I would just make a phone call explaing the situation and see of they would enter them in the data base. If the answer is no, than we know that they are only looking for more individual fees for each seperate ball. That would be a shame..........

Yea... I have tried to call a couple times and havn't gotten through to talk to anyone. I'll keep on trying though, hopefully I can get it figured out. I'll keep everyone posted... hopefully they don't want me to resubmit them all for COA's & to be entered in the database. I don't know why they would bother putting the sticker on them if they were not planning on entering them in their system.

I plan on hanging onto a few of them, but yes, I plan on selling a few once I get the PSA/DNA stuff figured out.
