1864 Indian Cent Misleading Title ?

At the risk of setting off the spam alarm......

I listed an ebay item with the title 1864 Indian Head Cent Penny NO RESERVE. With a Gallery photo.

My question is Should I have some indication of variety in the Title? Do you consider it misleading/spam ?

I did call out the variety in the description but not in the title.

I don't know why you wouldn't mention the type (CN, bronze without L, bronze with L) in the title, but I don't see anything "misleading about it," just not as specific as it could be.
