Just filled out my PCGS Paperwork for grading, I marked -

US MODERN ( 1965 to date ) $ 14.00 each coin &

Designation Review $ 15.00 each coin.

Total $ 29.00 each Coin, + Shipping.

Did i do this properly????

you have to do regular submission at $30 a coin because they are valued ove $300 each. The first strike designation is $10 each.

There is no place to check First Strike. I just wrote it on the form IN LARGE LETTERS and added $10 per coin.

hog is right, and you have to add $2 per set to get your original boxes and stuff back.

Precisely how I filled mine out. Thirty dollars plus 10 for the First Strike™ designation. 40 dollars per coin plus insurance and s&h both ways.
