Now imagine what it would be like if your electric service was only 95.2% reliable.

About 16 months ago, I bought an expensive coin from a well known ebay seller. He took more than a month to ship it and never responded to my emails, a bit like most of the negatives left to that bookseller. What's worst, is that I couldn't threaten him with a money refund, because unlike another member who had similar problems with him,I had paid him by wire to save him the significant paypal fees! Anyway, the coin arrived about 5-6 weeks after payment and I left it at that because it was indeed very nice and for fear of a retaliating neg.

That was me. As luck would have it he actually shipped the coin at the exact time I filed a chargeback with my credit card. It was rather fun making him squirm for a bit while I had both the coin and the money.

Yikes, for a second I thought you meant you were the one not sending the coin to Dimitri--then I realized you meant you were the other buyer (whew!!!).
