When is the cut off date

for the PCGS 3 piece silver set. I want the first strike/20th anniv not jsut the 20th anniv. Were do I get this info? I see the MS coins now on ebay NGC MS69 but those have to be out of the 2 piece set. Most are saying only 20,000 made. Bull of carp. But I need to know when the cut off date. Any help is appreciated.

The cut-off date is 30-days past the first issue date by the Mint. Since none have been issued, the cut-off date has yet to be determined.
