Any other cards of Steve Carlton in an SF Giants uniform?

In the middle of the 1986 season, Steve Carlton was released by the Phillies and signed by the Giants. He started 6 games with the Giants, then was released again and picked up by the White Sox.

I recently picked up a 1986 Donruss Highlights set, and found that the set contains a card of Carlton in a Giants uniform, memorializing his 4000th strikeout, which he picked up in his last outing with the Giants (7 runs in 3 1/3 inning).

Has anyone seen any other cards with Carlton in an SF uniform?

I could be way off, but I seem to recall he was in a (painted on) Giants uniform on one of those mini cards that Topps put on the actual boxes in 1987.
