I've got nearly a roll of what I think are rotation errors and I have the same question.

Are they proofs? & how much of a rotation?

i think up to 15% rotation is acceptable for the mint. If it gets to about 30% it could have a slight premium!

My computer crashed (yet again) when I was replying, sorry. I'd say it's better than 30 percent on most of them. It's the difference between, on the obverse, 12' o'clock, and on the reverse, 2'oclock. No, worse, okay, on the obverse, Washington is at 10 o'clock and on the reverse, it's 2 o'clock. Don't hold me to degrees, I'm not an engineer.
