Question on 1974 Topps Football pack

How many cards per pack? Does anyone know?

    YES..these packs were also in the Fun Bags...only 2 cards per pack....one is gum stained..the other wax stained...so don't open any!!!

    There's a dealer around here sitting on like 10K packs of these things......he been selling a few here and a few there....BUT...if everyone knoew what he had..they's be $1-$2 a pack instead of $5-$7.
  • It's funny, I bought a few of the two-card variety '74 packs from Overstock.com and pulled a Staubach (PSA 9) and a Leroy Kelly (PSA 10) not too long ago. Did have to take a pair of my wife's panty hose to the Staubach to remove some wax, though.

    Hey Greg, did you see these rack packs?

    Not sure what the theory is on what yields better cards for grading, but at least there shouldn't be any wax or gum stains on these.

    Good luck, I love the 1974's. If you're ever looking for someone to split a box, I might be interested, let me know.
