I guess the tigers 'choking' worked out pretty good, huh?
  • Either the Tiger's or A's are going to be extremely tough in the WS with their pitching.

Fair weathered fan. You won't see me rooting for the Dodgers if San Diego loses.
  • Nice to see Detroit in it...................Go Tigers.......

Don't worry about me DOPEY. I'm at work so I don't normally get online until really late so I'll come back and bury you then.

Yankees squandered that series...they looked completely anemic. So, from here on out, LETS GO METS!!!!

I do have to laugh at the Bosox fans coming out on this one! image No explaination necessary!!!

I see all the usual suspects have crawled out from under their beds..they must have thought the yankee bashers would be gone by now, so they decided to stick their noses in here.

Get back under your beds, trolls! And don't come back out until spring!
  • Come on Ax, us Yankee fans know that you, ctsoxfan, and a few others will keep talking about the Yankees daily. For all the talk you guys had last year, ya'll have disapeared for longer than any of us Yankee fans that post regularly. It's not suprising, since you all seem to care more about the Yankees then your "favorite" teams.

Nope, nothing to talk about the yankees since you 'fans' will be slithering back under your rocks for the winter.

    I'll be here.

See you when spring training starts.
  • I haven't left, didn't leave when the Yankees fell to third, I was around before/during/after the Yankees came back and laid the smackdown to the Sox to basically win the pennant. Of course you'll be here, sticking up for the guy who doesn't produce when he's needed to, same guy who can't get it done when the going gets tough, the same man who's seen a shrink before every game the last 11 seasons. You know, the guy who would rather blame an "injury" for his season long slump than man up. Yes, I'm talking about Erod.

So he talks to a shrink before each game..it's obviously working. $250 million contract, youngest ever to 450 HRs, 2 MVPs....yeah, its working.

    Quit drinking haterade, moron.

I have one thing to say about Joe Morgan's "Greatest Lineup Ever" ----

    image
  • Hasn't batted his Karen Carpenters weight since the 2004 ALDS. To bad he can't put up those numbers when the pressure is on. Wonder why that is? Lack of heart, mental toughness, or is it the 250 million dollar contract and the good looks that make opposing pitchers so jealous that they become unhittable to Erod?
