    Work on your reading comprehension skills. I already said twice that they're ALL sucking right now, not just Arot. However the Arot conversation goes back way before the team playing so poorly, and it's your blind defense of his atrocious playoff numbers that require analysis.

    this only goes to show that the old saying of good pitching always beats good hitting may be true.....this is reminding me of the days when the team I root for, the Indians, would always come up just short due to outstanding pitching performances......

    have to admit the Tigers are really playing well this year...

    yeah but good hitting (tigers) are beating up lousy pitching by the yanks! yanks cant stop the bleeding its over. thats why you have to have an awesome pen to win these days!

    Whoever the Tigers face they are going to be very tough. Leyland is one helluva skipper.

    agree that tigers are facing some mediocre pitching from the Yanks but still you have to admit that the good pitching from Rogers and Bonderman today are why they are probably moving on........If the tigers pitching was also mediocre it would be a slugfest!!
