Which Eck-Man Rookie card is worth more? OPC or Topps?

Assumming both O-Pee-Chee and Topps examples are simular quality PSA 9s, which 1976 Dennis Eckersley rookie card would you think is more valuable? The OPC is scarcer, but the Topps issue is more a "main stream collectable".

I like the regular Topps issue rd.

Many time, I think PSA is generous with their grading of OPC.

I don't hate the rough cut but the Topps Eck looks far better and is centered nicer.

    Put me down for Topps.

    Both are great cards BTW.

in this case, i'd take the topps.. but if they were both equally centered PSA 9's i'd take the OPC..

  • Obviously the topps cards sell for more, but i really like the look and feel of the OPC cards because of the brighter stock they use. Makes the cards much more attractive.

come on Bob, be fair and show them the nice one and then let them make the decision. I would take the opc every day of the week compared to the topps. there is no comparison in the gloss and print quality of the opc card to the topps card and you can buy it for 10 cents on the dollar compared to topps. also , in this case you know it is unaltered and has not been messed with because I pulled it out of a packimage

this is Bob's other card that he should have used for the comparison

again , I like the opc , one it is bilingual and 2 it is glossy as opposed to the drab grey stock.

Since there is 90% more Topps than OPC, OPC card should be worth more. But as long as PSA says it isn't, it isn't.!!

But the Topps card is more than 9x in demand than the OPC card.

I actually prefer the OPC, because I really like the white back.

In fact, one of the 'prize' oddballs in my collection is a 1976 Topps Mike Schmidt #480 with a white [e.g. OPC style] back. It was graded by SGC a few years ago.
