    Actually, the attempt to collect legitimate, i.e., slabbable, low-grade sets seems to be gaining popularity as a challenge, as attempting to collect the other end of the condition spectrum becomes less possible financially. Over on the Lightside there are quite a few people occasionally boasting about various PPO1 and FA2 slabs.

    The trick is trying to find *problem-free* ultralow grade pieces. Not as easy as one might think...

    It's something different... out of the norm.

    Hey, no telling how many pockets those coins have been in and out of. I just wish some of the well worn coins that I have could bring a premium. image -Dan

    The 1948 Dollar in Good is 10x rarer than one in EF.

    For me, $200 sounds like too little to sell this set for to make a difference in the seller's financial difference, or to compensate him for his long search for and collection of these coins. Anyone else feel the same?image
