Considering other issues that get the "First Strike" designation and the numbers, aren't ALL Reverse Proof Golds "First Strike"?

    NGC seems to think so. They are not designating these as first strikes because they believe they are all first strikes.

    I thought it was because PCGS trademarked the term First Strke. I am pretty certain NGC would have jumped on the $10 bandwagon if the could.
    Luck happens when preparation meets opportunity.
