Looks like German Notgeld coinage (emergency money). I don't have any reference books on Notgeld, so not sure of the price / catalogue #. It appears to be from Coblenz.

Neat subject and great notgeld.

There are some others like WW II Japanese issues and Thai gambling issues. There are no doubt,
far more of them.
