Quite Honestly, I did not look at them that close, but I was "DISSED" appointed
with the grades. I was particularly "DISSED" appointed that they did NOT,
repeat DID NOT grade my Hutch Award (Kaline) that was made in Sweden.
They obviously don't know there are several different languages that the
SPORTSCASTERS cards were printed in.

Anyway, not all that excited with this invoice!

Sorry that your supersize submission was so disappointing. I have yet to send in any supersize cards and will probably screen my cards a lot more thoroughly after seeing how tough they can be.

I can't believe that they didn't slab the Swedish language variation cards. Did they think you printed them yourself?

I think that whether or not an oddball card gets graded at PSA depends on who logs them in. I've had cards rejected for grading even though there are others from the same set already in the pop list. My guess is that if the person who logs them is lazy, you're more likely to get the lame PSA rejection excuse of "holder not available."

PS: what other language variations exist for the Sportscaster cards? i was only aware of the Swedish language backs.

For not checking them that close as you stated and the fact that these cards are nearly 30 years old in some cases....to pull 8s and 9s can't be that disappointing, can it?

With grading fees at $13 - and Sportscasters generally not that expensive to find anyway - it is money out the door on anything below 9, in most cases

Are the Sertoma Stars supersized?

I though those would fit tallboys?

They also have rounded corners, which makes high grades easier to come by.

what type of cardsavers did you use when you submitted these cards?? I have some 1986 Topps supers and can't find anything to ship them in.....
