I bought 10 different commemorative Euros from ebay seller: portugal_numismatica
He refused to ship them together so I had to pay separate shipping charges for each. Then I never received anything in the mail for a month. He doesn't answer his email and I'm not going to waste a phone call to Europe. I have complaints in process with PayPal to get my money back. Unfortunately, his PayPal account is not "verified" so I'm not sure if I'll get all my money back.
Since each coin was a separate purchase, I had to file 10 separate PayPal complaints. He only responded to two of them so I have received money back from those that he failed to respond within 10 days. But he still has $45 of my money.
