Found a small pin, anyone have an idea on what it is?

Went to a small local picnic area / beach today, didn't find much, not even $2.00 in change, lots of pull tabs however. Found this small pin:

image At first figured it was just a kids play piece, but after cleaning up the back and seeing it has a more intricate catch work- roll locking type, figured it may be something else- maybe a scout or military ?

    It's pretty modern, though. Not a Boy Scout emblem of any kind that I know of. I was in Scouts, and we didn't have an Exclamation Point merit badge back then. image

    Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.

    The error icon reference is about all I could find to, looks at least older than the modern computer age, but I can't imagine why anyone would want a pin with this symbol on it image

    Alcoholics anonymous uses the triangle and circle as a symbol.
