Tall Boy Special Results

The trick, I've discovered, is to submit as many discs as possible-- if nothing else the results tend to be good for one's ego.

    Congrats on the grades!

What would you like for the True Value schmidt? [assuming it is available]
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

For the cost of grading it's yours, Marc. I REALLY thought it had a chance at a 7, which as you know would have been an enormous score. As it stands I'd be happy to send it to you to help you along with your set.

If $6 sound good to you (that includes shipping) let me know.

    Guy,
Nice sub. How large are the discs that they are submitted under the tall boy special?

Thanks, guys, for the kind words. Just about everything here is a 1/1, so I'm pretty happy with it.

Matt- The Holsum and Ranier discs are just a schootch too big for a conventional holder. I think they come in around 2 3/4" in diameter. The Cadaco's are a very solid 3 1/2" in diameter, and almost don't fit in the tall boy holder (in fact I didn't think they would until Marc PM'd me and told me they did).

Oh-- and they were enterd in the system on I think 9/21 or so.
