set registry question

if you get a card graded, and intend to sell it afterwards, cant you still add it to your set registry first, assuming you put it under the non-current registry, as in all time?

As long as you own a card you can put it in your registry............Sets remain in both the current and all-time registry until you retire ( or actually delete) the set. If a set is retired ( deleted) it will remain with all it's contents in the All-time list only if it is 90% complete.

If you delete a card from your set, it gets deleted from both the current and the all-time list.
