Number 718 is one of the toughest stamps to find in a high grade. I finally saw a 95J OGnh online. I thought by now it would be in the POP report. It is still not listed. The #'s skip from 717 to 719. Will this be listed evenyually?I'm curious to see what grades exist. I have been looking for a top grade for YEARS other than the graded one online, I have found none I would submit. The 719 on the other hand is not too tough.
