Best way to store a PSA graded 48 card set

I am trying to find a storage solution for my 61 bowman red mance set. Seems like the big boxes are too big and small boxes are too small. Any ideas?

  • I just checked and a sterilite #1775 plastic flip top box will hold about 56 slabs and 48 slabs leaves you abot 1 inch to spare. That is with them on their side.

  • Here is the link Display cases Look under Wallmount Display Cases

Funny you should mention it as I put in a request for some pricing for a display case to house my 33 Sport Kings that also have 48 cards.

Asked for 4 rows of 12 each, in cherrywood with a lock & key to it. They said they will get back to me early next week with a quote.
They have some already that house 5 rows of 10 if that works for you.

Call and ask for Savage 1-800-206-6852 he can make it
Orioles cards from 1960 to today.

    Be good my brothers.

Those wallmount cases are so great looking. Too bad I don't have an extra room that I can use to put up my sport collectibles. image

Does anyone have one of the wallmount cases? How is the quality? Do they look nice in person?

Ultra Pro graded card pages hold 4 slabs. It usually takes up a ton of room for a set, but with 48 cards you could probably store it in a 4" binder.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

  • A few months ago, I decided to build a custom case. A friend of mine offered to build me one. It's going to be a big coffee table, with 2 glass panels on the top and trays underneath. I think the trays are going to hold 24 cards each. There will be drawers on the sides to store cards in too. With all the drawers, I think it will hold between 1500 and 2000 slabbed cards. I'm getting pretty excited about it -- I'll post some pictures when it's done. He doesn't have a ton of free time, so it'll be another month or two.

I have a 50 count walmount display. They really hold 55 cards, 11 per row. I have my NBA@50 autographed cards in them and they look great. The extra space left room for the PSA/DNA Maravich check that sits in the middle of the display. I don't have it hanging on the wall but it does look great. It is the black version.
