Tall Boys special

This may be pretty ignorant of me, but does anyone know if modern tickets are included in the tall boy special since they use the same holder?

The full unused tickets I have are not in a standard tallboy holder. They are in a much thicker and bigger holder. I do have a ticket stub in a regular size holder. I believe I have asked PSA before about mixing tickets and cards, and the answer is always "no". One thing PSA does allow, is to submit tickets for your free subscription submissions. The only catch is that the entire lot of free submissions must be tickets.
