I'm pretty sure it says "Please send to Stork ASAP". Seriously, I have no idea except it might be Latin as Semper is 'always' as in

"Semper ubi sub ubi" always wear under wear.

Or more seriously, Semper Fi (short for Semper Fidelis) "Always Faithful" for the Marines.

I gave Latin a thought , but my translator does not do latin But I'm pretty sure it does not say anything about "ASAP"

I believe it is Latin, my rudimentary skills not withstanding, I think the reverse(?) says "For ever together, harmonizing for always."

At least, I think so.

I believe the date is 1809.

Circ Liter is probably close to Cinq Lira or 5 Lira.

LVGVD may be LUGUD - maybe a king's name or something like that...

Thanks. There is a Bar over the "T" that is not easily seen. Does that effect the meaning.
