North Dakota State Quarter Question

I just picked up a few rolls of Mint rolls from the bank (North Dakota State Quarter) and I have come across more than once some punture wounds in the Buffalo, I assume this means nothing at all? I just want to make certain before I roll them up for a trade. Thank you
