Coin Vault Customer Service 1-800-359-1515 / FCC 1-888-225-5322

Can't take it anymore - as clervgreg mentioned in another thread, they just said the 2pc set was sold out within 20 minutes. This after saying the 3pc Gold was sold out in 20 minutes. I called up to complain about this blatant lie and of course the supervisor could nothing but give me the customer service number. I told her she better tell the boys to watch it or they'd be in a whole heap o' trouble. I'm calling the FCC tomorrow.
Updated: the FCC told me to call the FTC, which I did. As did clevergreg. See below.

And they just called the big money 95 ASE a 96. Sheesh
Mr. Chambers,
I had the opportunity to watch your presentation on the 20th Anniversary Eagle coinage last night. I have a couple of comments/questions;
1. You stated repeatedly that the 2 coin Silver Eagle and Gold Eagle sets were sold out. I am sure that you are aware that they are NOT sold out.
2. You stated repeatedly that the 3 piece Silver Eagle set was sold out. Once again, I am sure that you know that they are NOT.
3. You referenced mintage numbers on the Uncirculated W mintmarked Silver and Gold Eagle coins that are patently false. The W Mintmark coins will be available TODAY at 12:00 eastern on the US Mint website, and will be minted to demand.
I will be forwarding this information to the appropriate trade commissions that have, or potentially have, jurisdiction in this matter.
I hereby ask you to cease and desist from making any false statements regarding the mintage numbers of the 2006 W $1 Silver Eagle Uncirculated coin, as well as the 2006 W Gold $50 Uncirculated coin.
I also ask that you contact all persons who may have ordered these items and provide them with the correct information so they have a better opportunity to make an educated purchasing decision.
In my opinion, your pricing of the $1 W Silver Eagle at $299, as well as the issues I mentioned previously, are a detriment to the numismatic community.
Sincerely,
Greg Drude

<< <i>Man...they just said the 3pc silver set is sold out. Can someone Tivo this stuff for evidence?

Did they HAVE a 3 piece Silver set ??
"The silver is mine and the gold is mine,' declares the LORD GOD Almighty."
<< <i>Did they HAVE a 3 piece Silver set ?? >>
Have any been issued yet by the MINT?
I would have sworn that I heard Robert Chambers one night make the statement that he doesn't pimp, I mean sale coins that he doesn't have in his possession. Was he selling the three coin Silver?

I'm pretty sure the only silver coin shown was a UNC, from a 2 coin set.
(Priest) BLASPHEMY he said it again, did you hear him?
<< <i>Watching Coin Vault... It's late, so I've got the closed captioning on:
"You won't find these anywhere but Crime Vault." >>
Pretty appropriate if you ask me.

Sure it wasn't a regular UNC Silver Eagle that i believe has been available since the beginning of January?

And there's no way the mint is sold out of A11's - especially with all the returns
