This coin is a total POS........BUT.........

It has an interesting story. And it's a cool addition to the Sacagawea Collection.

Oh, it's big and it's ugly. I included a regular Sacagawea to the left of the "coin" to show the size difference.

Here's the story. Washington Mint Lawsuit

The reverse on the medal looks great, but the obverse looks too two dimensional!

I wonder why the US mint is only protecting the Sac design...these silver rounds have many different designs used by the US mint.

I was kinda hoping for the Cheerios reverse..............
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

Owee that big ugly thing really infringes on the governments design. Why don't they issue a cease and desist on the makers of those $20 silver rounds the scammers sell on eBay for $500 that look like Proof Morgan dollars?
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

Yeah, I don't quite get why they went after this one and left a lot of other ones alone. The date of the press release is 2002 and I wonder if there have been massive replicas from other coins/companies since then, especially considering the Washington Mint had to pay 1.2 million.

Did a little more digging and found this. It is all about trademark infringement.
