Baseball/Football cards from my youth

HI Folks,
Mom threw out the trains but held onto the baseball/football cards and a few comics. Of the 400+ cards, I took about 150 of the names I recognized to a card show. The PSA folks talked me into getting them graded and I have just gotten them back. I am going to sell them (on ebay?) and I am looking for suggestions. Is there a better time of year to sell? Long or short auctions? What has your experience been as for an ending day/time.
These cards are from 1955-59 and there are no 9's or 10's. Lots of grades in the middle 4,5,6. A couple of 1's with Mantle being beaten up (I hated the Yankees) and a very nice AAron having miniscule pin holes at the top and bottom. I think there are more 8's than 2's.
Any and all help will be greatly appeciated.
Thanks, Dale

Welcome to the boards! I would avoid selling to many dealers at a show. You should probably put a list of the cards and years you have plus post some scans here. The board members will probably give you a good idea of what they are worth. You may also even recieve some good offers. Since I am a giving person I will give you $20 for the lot sight unseen image

I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.
