Help me help a nice elderly coin dealer

Met a very nice dealer today. He has Parkinson's disease, so holding a magnifying glass has become tough. He has a loupe that has a stiff coated wire attached which lets him wear it around his head and keeps his hands free, but he needs another one. I've never seen anything like it and he has no idea where to find another one. Has anyone seen anything like this? Thanks for your help.

Watchmaker's loupe with wire...
Because if it does then you can get them from the fine folks at Jules Borel:

Standard for Diamond grading is 10x. For watchmaking I use 2.5x most of the time, it's good for coins too because you have a large field of vision and there's not much distortion near the edge.
The other alternative is to just get a nice piece of wire and bend your own! Be sure to stick a good piece of plastic on the end of the wire so it won't poke your eye out or scratch you up.
Kill two birds with one stone and get a double lens loupe:
