can't get my new baby into my typeset

just received a very nice trade dollar to add to my typset from a fellow board member, but it won't allow me to add it on. i emailed pcgs to find out why, do you think the chopmark would disallow it?

you can view the coin here

Is your type set for "Circulation Strikes"? If so, the coin number would be the problem. 1877(S) is 7046, number on your coin is 87046. I thought if the number in the fifth place was an 8 it disignated a PR CA and if it was a 9 it disignated PR DC.image

A chopmark trade will only be allowed in a chopmark trade dollar set. I asked David aboutthis a year ago and he stated it is a unique situation due t the chops and PCGS will only allow them in the chop set, not a type set.

thanks for the info, wish i had known that beforehand. seems a bit unfair, but still a very cool coin in hand. i think the chopmark gives it more history, knowing that it was actually used in trade, but kept safe all this time.
