Hey guys, sorry if this is a little OT, but I'm not quite sure where I would ask this. Just a quick question: does 14KP mean 14 Karat Plated?

No. In this context think of the word "plumb" as "exact". Thus, 14KP is exactly 14 karat gold.

Wow, cool. Because as some may know from a couple of posts, I've been searching through my bagillion year old garage and this morning I found some rocking stuff and a 14KP ring. It's a fatty, too.
Thanks guys!
