    Was pulled from the set early in the print run. The guy pictured with Ted never signed a release I believe.

  • Daves Vintage baseball cards put it best and simplest:

    There is a very rare card in this set, it is #68. What happened here is that Fleer put out the card, but Bucky Harris was under contract with Topps. Hence, Fleer had to halt production of this card. A few were released, so in order for collectors to have a complete set, they had to request this card from Fleer.
