Any help with 1882 scorecard

a friend of mine had this in his collection. it is not in tip top shape, nor does he want to sell it but if anyone has any experience in old score cards it would be appreciated. it actually looks to be a piece of the scorecard, not the whole thing.

it mentions detroit on the front, but has louisville players from 1882 stamped on the scoring part with louisville written in over detroit on the back.
