how was the 2001 willie mays "autoproof" distributed? were they redemption cards in packs, or a random box topper?..

Beckett in their infinately stupid wisdom lists them as and in pack cards...obvious a real 52 Topps card couldn't fit into packs. From
what I understood they were box loaders. Ive never seen one!
