Can't let this one pass - all in all, nice going! I just got 32-D and 32-S back both MS62 from PCGS - they're not giving grades away right now. The S I'm OK with but the D was a sure 63 - it's going across the street.

    Nice job!

Very interesting. I like how you guys share info and results here. If you have a few areas to work on, then I have WHOLE BOOKS to work on! I plan on starting with Photograde as soon as I can get a copy, and working up from there.

Really though, congrats, especially since a grade improvement can be a big step increase, and the PCGS's seem to be becoming more the coin of the realm.

That is an impressive bunch of Lincolns regardless of whose plastic they are in.

    What he said, me too!
  • Nice results on the whole!

BTW- I did not realize PCGS would give FB on circulated coins. I thought all the strike designations were for MS only. Is this something new, or has it always been that way?

The designation will not be on the insert. If you write the FB coin number on the submission form, the results will post with the FB on the end of the grade even if it is circulated or bodybagged. I did that recently with a Jefferson nickel submission, one came back AU58 but the grades posted online as "AU58FS".

  • Thanks for the comments, everyone. TTT for the daytime crew.
