AFAIK there were no incidents to warrant that for this die pair. Anything significant would be designated VAM-19A. A MPD doesn't really have an EDS and LDS as such.
The VAM 19 does have two different die states, but not noted as such in the Top 100 book. The difference is in the strength of the date in the denticles. On the late die state, the 8 is weaker, although not weak enough for a separate designation.
